Territory Sales Role - Medical Devices

This key position in the sales team focuses on the Upper Extremities product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments.
  • Advise and train surgical & theatre staff in the OR use of our products during workshops.
  • Provide customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Prepare orders for interested customers and ensure timely delivery dates for high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and expand knowledge for customer contact.
Requirements:
  • Gained sales experience preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in sales or medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist.
  • Ideal candidates can provide Arthroplasty product knowledge.
  • Strong enthusiasm for medical technology and passion for selling complex products with excellent customer service.
  • Able to deal with people who hold differing beliefs or values.
  • Hold a valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
