Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline by identifying and developing customer relationships.
  • Actively engage with existing accounts to maximize business potential through proactive communication and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
  • Convert leads into real opportunities through effective relationship-building and targeted outreach.
  • Generate new sales leads and develop a comprehensive customer portfolio through direct interaction with end-users.
  • Provide consistent communication with customers regarding new products, services, and operational changes.
  • Maintain and strengthen account relationships through effective service delivery and issue resolution.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, requiring occasional travel.
Additional Tasks
  • Manage client meetings, ensure timely follow-up on quotes and service issues, and maintain accurate customer information in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales process, from quotation to booking.
