Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline by identifying and developing customer relationships.
- Actively engage with existing accounts to maximize business potential through proactive communication and upsell/cross-sell initiatives.
- Convert leads into real opportunities through effective relationship-building and targeted outreach.
- Generate new sales leads and develop a comprehensive customer portfolio through direct interaction with end-users.
- Provide consistent communication with customers regarding new products, services, and operational changes.
- Maintain and strengthen account relationships through effective service delivery and issue resolution.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences, requiring occasional travel.
- Manage client meetings, ensure timely follow-up on quotes and service issues, and maintain accurate customer information in CRM (Salesforce).
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the sales process, from quotation to booking.
