Sales Role for Medical Device Products

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for our Upper Extremities product portfolio. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.
  • Implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments.
  • Train and advise surgical & theatre staff in the OR use of our products.
  • Ensure timely delivery dates for high customer satisfaction.
  • Represent our company at trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings.
Required Skills:
  • Gained sales experience preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Background in sales or medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist.
  • Ideal candidates can provide Arthroplasty product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
