Territory Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager for our Upper Extremities product portfolio. The ideal candidate will develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic approaches to optimize customer service and support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise.
- Implement marketing and sales strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations with surgeons, hospital administrations, and purchasing departments.
- Train and advise surgical & theatre staff in the OR use of our products.
- Ensure timely delivery dates for high customer satisfaction.
- Represent our company at trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings.
- Gained sales experience preferably within the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry.
- Background in sales or medical field technician, nurse, physiotherapist, paramedics, application specialist.
- Ideal candidates can provide Arthroplasty product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English and Swedish.
