Key Responsibilities

The Customer Success Leadership Role is responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value clients and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with experience in managing large-scale campaigns and building relationships with senior-level clients.

This role requires a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and exceeding client expectations. You will work closely with our Business Development Director to develop and implement account management strategies that align with our company's goals.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with target setting and evaluation is highly desirable.
