Key Account Manager for Beauty Industry

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director Wholesale to join our MANTLE team in Stockholm.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing wholesale accounts, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (beauty, wellness and/or fashion) with experience in Nordics.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Win and drive growth with key accounts, focusing primarily on the Nordics region.
  2. Identify new opportunities in the market to build on distribution.
  3. Negotiate favorable trading agreements to enhance the brand's competitiveness and market presence.
  4. Regularly analyse and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

The successful candidate will be self-sufficient and have a 'can-do' attitude, driving sales and expansion for previously unestablished brands.
