As an Account Director, you will be part of our key account team, responsible for maintaining and developing our existing automotive customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value projects and drive growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value projects
  • Negotiating and closing deals with customers
  • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to internal stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • MBA or M.Sc. in engineering including business/finance studies or similar
  • 10+ years working in Key account management for a Tier 1 supplier towards the Automotive industry
  • Battery industry experience valuable but not a must
  • Excellent analytical & communication skills
  • Bold problem solver with a can-do attitude
  • Passionate about making a positive impact
  • Strong leadership skills
