Global Account Manager for Battery Industry

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm. As a senior member of our Automotive sector, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our global automotive customer groups. Your primary focus will be on delivering existing projects while also identifying new business opportunities to drive growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in key account management, preferably within the Automotive industry. A minimum of 10 years of experience is required, along with excellent analytical and communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong ability to negotiate and escalate issues when necessary.
As a Global Account Manager, you will be responsible for the overall customer relationship for one or several of our Automotive customers. This includes first-level escalation on existing projects, business development for new opportunities, negotiation of contracts, and advocacy for the customer internally. You will also travel regularly to customer sites in Sweden and Germany, as well as our Skellefteå factory.
