Account Management Professional

We are seeking a talented Graduate Account Manager to lead customer account management matters and drive revenue growth in our Kista, Sweden office.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen interest in automotive technologies, and a creative problem-solving mindset.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new opportunities.
- Ensure effective communication with customers and maintain their satisfaction with our Digital Solutions.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Provide customers with market and platform information to support their needs.
- Identify and resolve campaign performance issues, coordinating with the team to implement necessary next steps.
- You must have a legal right to work in Sweden.
- You hold or will obtain a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Industrial Engineering-related studies within the last two years.
- Business-fluent Swedish and English (oral & written).
- Keen interest in automotive technologies and trends in the market.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact proactively with the team, customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility and geographical mobility are essential.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to share ideas.
