About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales and Strategy to lead our regional team in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding and developing existing named accounts through direct sales. This involves working closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and implement effective strategies to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of achieving financial targets. They will be expected to build strong relationships with customer executives and support account strategy implementation. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing team performance, developing and retaining talent, and coaching the team on a regular basis.
