About the Role:

The DSP Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales and growth for our catalog by meeting target KPIs on assigned accounts. The successful candidate will manage both strategy and relationships with DSPs, ensuring operational excellence within the team.

This full-time position is located at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with DSP partners, securing playlisting opportunities for our catalog.
  • Pitch releases effectively, maximizing revenue and visibility through direct interactions and platform tools.
  • Provide release descriptions for selected tags/artists based on templates or artist quotes.
  • Establish new relationships with DSPs globally, expanding our reach and driving growth.
  • Timely report performance metrics for assigned accounts.
  • Leverage data insights to improve streams, visibility, and revenue of the catalog on DSPs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the streaming landscape and communicate information internally.
  • Contribute to team OKRs to achieve initiatives, processes, and programs.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the music industry.
  • 5+ years industry experience, including 2+ years in a similar position.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through key account management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of a broad range of musical genres.
  • In-depth knowledge of leading digital music platforms.
  • Solid grasp of sales strategy and its application in enhancing DSP performance.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills, with a proven ability to work with complex analytical tasks to maximize results.
  • Detail-oriented approach, ensuring information accuracy and completeness.
