About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to experiment with new business models and grow other music catalogs via Creator Activations. As a Senior Partnerships Manager, you will develop an activation program that meets the needs of Labels and Artists, while also designing a program to fulfill the needs of Ambassadors.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing the activation program that balances customer needs with our monetization strategy.

  • Recruiting and building relationships with Ambassadors who align with our vision, including negotiation and budget expectation management.

  • Contributing to developing a program that meets the ambassador's needs, such as curation, bespoke music, and non-monetary incentives.

  • Collaborating with the Æntidote team to strategize and implement plans that address these needs, fostering ambassador motivation and long-term program engagement.

  • Representing the Æntidote team at creator events and developing relationship-building activities within the community.

  • Meeting elevated sales targets.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience from complex sales dynamics and new business development, with proven experience in building strong relationships.

  • Experience working in the creator space and/or music industry is essential.

  • A deep understanding of the commercial ecosystem around YouTube, including music rights, MCNs, and tool providers.
