Role Overview:

As our Global Business Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of training services at DNV. Reporting to the leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive global training strategies that drive business performance and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Develop and implement global training strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.
  2. Business Expansion: Identify opportunities for business expansion and work closely with sales and delivery teams to execute innovative business ideas.
  3. Collaboration: Collaborate with country teams to develop action plans that drive growth, exceed sales targets, and maximize profitability.
  4. Leadership: Build a high-performance culture by coaching and inspiring teams to succeed and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Customer Engagement: Present compelling training service propositions to key customers, helping organizations around the world enhance their performance and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (master's degree preferred).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a growth-focused role, ideally with a strong background in management system certification and training.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in training services and business development, enabling you to drive business performance effectively.
  • Previous experience in a global role, showcasing your ability to navigate diverse markets and cultures.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary, to support our global operations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills to engage with stakeholders across borders.
  • A commitment to embodying DNV's leadership expectations, including results orientation, customer focus, respect, care, and foresight.
