**Job Description:**
We are seeking a results-driven Account Director to join our dynamic team at WorkShop. As an Account Director, you will oversee client profitability, manage budgets, and ensure high-performance delivery across all services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management: Manage client budgets, forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly results and annual performance, ensuring performance meets or exceeds expectations.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, provide regular business updates, act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services.
- Client Delivery Oversight: Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance, ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of account management experience, 2+ years of project management experience, previous management experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, business development mindset, creative mindset to find win-win solutions, fluent in English, both spoken and written.
