About the Role:- Manage a portfolio of customers across the Scandinavian region.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive customer growth and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Pursue new sales opportunities and develop business cases.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer growth and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
