About the Role:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities and develop business cases.
What You Will Do:
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer growth and satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
