Senior Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in Stockholm.
This individual will be responsible for managing the entire customer lifecycle, from initial engagement to ongoing relationship development and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients and their executive teams.
- Drive business outcomes and growth opportunities through strategic planning and execution.
- Develop and implement customer success plans to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of Workiva solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address customer needs and concerns.
- Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer industries and markets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Represent Workiva in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Travel up to 15% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience.
- 4 years of related experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Sales.
- Fluency in both English and Finnish.
