We are seeking a talented and experienced Account Director to join our team at WorkShop. As an Account Director, you will be responsible for overseeing client profitability, managing budgets, and ensuring high-performance delivery across all services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management: Oversee client budgets, manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients, ensuring accurate and timely budget reporting to management.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services, build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular business updates.
  • Client Delivery Oversight: Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of account management experience, 2+ years of project management experience, previous management experience is highly valued.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, business development mindset, creative mindset to find win-win solutions, fluent in English, both spoken and written.
