Job Description:

At TN Sweden, we are seeking a Strategic Account Director to lead our client services team.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, maximize profitability, and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional who can contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee client projects from initiation to completion.
    • Ensure timely and effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years of account management experience.
    • 2+ years of project management experience.
    • Previous management experience is highly valued.
  • Educational Background:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing).
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently.
    • Business development mindset, with a creative mindset to find win-win solutions.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
