Global Marine Sales Leader

The Sales Growth Strategist - Navico Group will play a vital role in maximizing sales revenue and share of wallet from new and existing key partnerships in the assigned area. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing medium-term strategies to drive growth, as well as establishing long-lasting professional relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute sales programs and national marketing strategies to promote Navico Group products
* Identify and evaluate potential partners, and develop strong working relationships within new and existing accounts
* Develop and maintain technical awareness of products, competitors' offerings, and market trends
* Provide input to product development teams on product improvements and new opportunities
* Manage sales activities, maintain sales records, and report monthly KPIs to management through the CRM system
* Represent Navico Group at trade fairs and events related to the marine industry
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree and/or practical experience in sales management preferred
* Sales experience with technology products is preferred
* Computer skills in Microsoft Office programs and CRM system experience/understanding required
