We are seeking a talented Sales and Project Manager to join our Easyfairs UK & Global team.

About the Role

This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project management, including budgeting (collaborating with Head of Cluster)
  • Development and implementation of time plans, sales strategies, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaboration with Event Marketeer on marketing campaigns and overall communication in owned and bought media channels
  • Negotiation and research of partnerships and collaboration opportunities
  • Management of all local sales, including prospecting and pipeline development
  • Full responsibility for all content and activities at the event
  • Ensuring the planning process runs smoothly and all deadlines are kept
  • All reporting before and after the event – setting up regular meetings etc.
  • Contribution to business development of the event (collaborating with Head of Cluster)
  • Main point of contact for event execution on site
Requirements

To excel in this role, you must be highly organized, efficient, and able to multitask with ease.

We are looking for someone with a bachelor's degree and relevant experience in a similar position. A background in events or entertainment is highly beneficial.
