We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our Retail team at Grevture gatan in Stockholm.
The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, offering an outstanding customer experience and building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and maintain a superior customer experience
- Recruit new clients and build strong relationships
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be fluent in English; fluency in another language is a plus
- Actively work on reaching and exceeding store goals and targets
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and social skills, be proactive in increasing the level of customer experience, and supportive in implementing well-functioning store processes.
