Role Summary:

As an Account Director at TN Sweden, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client profitability, coordinating internal and external teams, and driving future growth. You will oversee client relationships, ensure accurate budget reporting, and provide regular business updates to stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Growth, Profitability & Budget Management: 
  •  Manage growth, profitability, and budgets for assigned clients.
  •  Client Relationship Management: 
  •  Act as the lead point of contact for all client-related matters across services.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, providing regular business updates.
  •  Client Delivery Oversight: 
  •  Lead and enhance delivery processes to maximize performance.
  •  Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and improved margins.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require 3+ years of account management experience, 2+ years of project management experience, and previous management experience is highly valued. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Communication, Marketing) is also essential. You should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, proven ability to manage multiple client projects efficiently, and a business development mindset with a creative approach to finding win-win solutions. Fluency in English is required, both spoken and written.
