We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Revenue Growth Manager to lead our Leisure sales team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining sales strategies, analyzing market intelligence, and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing sales teams, coordinating sales projects, negotiating partner incentive agreements, and engaging in joint sales and marketing activities.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of airline processes and systems. A bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of job-related experience are essential requirements. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is also necessary.
