We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our Leisure sales team in Northern Europe. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial revenue growth and developing strategic relationships with partners. Your primary responsibilities will include defining sales strategies, analyzing market intelligence, and implementing sales plans to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for managing sales teams, coordinating sales projects, negotiating partner incentive agreements, and engaging in joint sales and marketing activities.

To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of airline processes and systems. A bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of job-related experience are essential requirements. Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language is also necessary.
