Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to lead the expansion of our existing Enterprise customers. As a key member of our team, you will focus on revenue growth while serving as a trusted advisor to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have high energy, an entrepreneurial tempo, and a commercial mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth among our Enterprise customers. You will create long-term and strategic relationships with customers from all over the world.

  • Full commercial ownership of current enterprise customers
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with customers worldwide
  • Drive revenue growth by building a strong pipeline, serving as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Manage a continuous pipeline for new expansion and up-sell opportunities
  • Ownership of renewals of ongoing agreements to prevent churn
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to support decision-making for customers
  • Develop a strategy for scalable customer expansion
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on strategic enterprise customers
