Digital Enterprise Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead our commercial activities in Sweden. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT sales, procurement, or project management, with a robust business network and native Swedish language skills.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our hyper-care freelance outsourcing service to top 20 enterprises in Sweden, creating new channels, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the benefits of freelancing and on-demand work, highlighting the value-add that we provide to leading enterprises.
- Acquire new clients from the top 20 enterprises in Sweden through strategic partnerships and business development.
- Develop and maintain a strong network among existing and potential clients to reinforce communication and collaboration on freelancing for enterprises.
- Solicit feedback from clients and stakeholders to continuously improve our services.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT/digital with a proven track record of exceeding expectations as a manager.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate across a global organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-faceted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Business-level fluency in both Swedish and English, with readiness to represent Proteams in meetings and events.
