Strategic Enterprise Growth Manager

About the Role:
\As a sales professional with us, you'll be responsible for driving strategic enterprise growth by orchestrating complex sales cycles with C-suite decision makers. Your goal will be to hunt and close new business within your assigned client base, building a sales pipeline 4X your target by cultivating at least 40 strategic relationships per account.
\Your Key Strengths:

- You have 5-8 years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas.\
- You possess a hunter's mindset with a consultant's approach to sales, allowing you to navigate complex technical solutions and identify strategic value.\
- You have experience selling RPA, SaaS, or automation solutions, and you're familiar with sales methodologies and tools such as CRM systems.\
- You're an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.\
- You're passionate about innovative technologies and staying ahead of the curve.\
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (though your track record speaks louder).\
- You're comfortable traveling occasionally for client meetings and sales events.\
- You're driven by a desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.\
