**Job Description**

As an Account Executive at Simployer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts in Sweden. You will partner closely with your team to focus on outbound prospecting and generate new business opportunities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  1. Work experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally in small and medium-sized businesses, either in sales or talent acquisition capacity.
  2. Communication & engagement Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and engage potential clients via multiple channels.
  3. Multichannel proficiency: Adept at using phone, emails, and social media when communicating with potential customers.
  4. Persistence & resilience: Determination to pursue leads and overcome rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
  5. Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members across different departments.
  6. Results-driven: Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  7. Language proficiency: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  8. Industry experience: Experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
