Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Lindt & Sprüngli. In this role, you will be responsible for managing one of our key customers in the Swedish Grocery market, securing continuous profitable sales and increasing volume and market share.
Key Responsibilities include defining yearly and periodic objectives and strategies for the assigned Key Account(s), participating in the establishment of short and long-term objectives and strategies for the responsible Key Account(s) in the Swedish Sales organization, and ensuring the company's preferred supplier status is secured and strengthened.
As a successful Candidate, you will have experience working in FMCG, preferably towards large grocery trade accounts, with a strong focus on business planning and execution. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to provide engaging customer service and being fluent in both Swedish and English.
