Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Order team as a Sales Order Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining professional relationships with business customers, managing logistics and distribution activities, and analyzing and improving order management processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business customers through effective communication and issue resolution.
  2. Work closely with suppliers to optimize logistics and distribution operations.
  3. Process and manage sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Manage customer complaints and monitor the delivery of goods to meet customer expectations.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  6. Support the development of the eCommerce platform for restocking websites.
  7. Conduct testing and implementation of new systems and processes to drive business growth.
