Customer Service Lead

För att stärka Pigellos expansion så söker vi efter en Customer Service Lead; en roll där du kommer att vara ansvarig för att leverera den bästa servicen till våra kunder. Du kommer i din roll att skapa samt stärka kundrelationer, och ansvara för att hjälpa nya såväl som existerande kunder att använda Pigello på ett så värdeskapande sätt som möjligt.
Arbetsuppgifterna inkluderar bland annat att kontinuerligt utbilda kunderna i verktyget och säkerställa att de använder Pigello på bästa möjliga sätt. Dessutom ska du hjälpa kunder att sätta upp nya miljöer och fastigheter i systemet, samt utbilda dem i ny funktionalitet och best practices.
Vad krävs för att lyckas i denna roll? Praktisk erfarenhet av teknisk konsulting och systeminföranden är ett krav. Det är även väldigt viktigt att du är analytisk, organiserad och lösningsorienterad. Du ska också ha hög digital mognad och förståelse för digitalisering. Meriterande är om du har tidigare erfarenhet av kundnära roller (kundansvar/projektledning och Customer Success, Customer Support eller motsvarande).
