Job Title: Regional Sales Business Development Manager

The Regional Sales Business Development Manager reports to the Division Sales Manager, Nordics Baltics.

This role is home office-based with frequent travel and industrial site visits within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new potential customers in Southern Sweden and Denmark through strategic market analysis.
  • Maintain contact with existing customers and build long-term partnerships through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Calculate prices based on the standard cost sheet to ensure transparency and fairness.
  • Prepare proposals (technical process support from Europe Operations Team) that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Engage in direct strategic sales and negotiations to drive business growth.
  • Develop a sales development plan for the dedicated area with support from the Division Sales Manager to achieve regional goals.
  • Implement specific business development plans (priority customers, engineering houses EPCs, IEX, etc.) to expand market reach.
  • Identify new markets or fields of opportunities to increase revenue streams.
  • Contribute to business profitability growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Enhance brand awareness through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Implement marketing plans (support from Europe Marketing Team) and participate in communication events and actions (webinars, seminars, exhibitions, press articles, technical papers).
  • Use CRM software effectively to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Prepare and actively participate in sales team reviews and reports to drive business improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to QHSE policies and standards by promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace.
  • Report incidents, near-misses, or hazards promptly to management and assist in the investigation process to prevent future occurrences.
