Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for business development? We're looking for two Development and Sales Leads to join our team and drive the growth of our client base and strengthen relationships across the Nordics.

This is an exciting opportunity for driven professionals with 5–10 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within industrial, energy, or construction sectors.

About the Role

As a Development and Sales Lead, you will play a vital role in driving Nipromec's expansion by securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for sales within your scope, for business in Sweden and/or internationally, with the support of the project, technical, legal, and purchasing functions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and grow our commercial activities.
    • Client Engagement: Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Nordic region, expanding Nipromec's market presence.
    • Pipeline Development: Plan and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.
    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
    • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, recruitment, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and support client needs.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate guidelines while reporting to the Nordic Board & Line Management.
    • Negotiation Support: Participate in offer preparation and lead negotiation strategies.
    • Network Expansion: Develop business and industrial networks necessary to achieve business objectives.
About You

We're looking for two Development and Sales Leads who have:

  • 5–10 Years of Proven Experience: A successful track record in business development, account management, or sales (ideally within industrial, energy, or construction sectors).
  • Strong Industry Ties: Established connections within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors to drive business development.
  • Relevant Education: A relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a technical background is a strong asset.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Swedish, verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
