Senior Business Development Position

VAEKST ApS is looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Development Consultant to join our team and drive business growth in the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be proficient in Swedish, and have experience working with CRM systems and AI tools.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to create business opportunities for our customers
  • Managing own sales pipelines and driving customer success through regular reports and status meetings
  • Identifying best practices to develop internal processes and contributing to building the company culture
  • Working closely with our customers in fields like consulting and technology

Requirements

  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proficient in Swedish
  • Experience working with CRM systems and AI tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
