Sales Enablement Specialist

We stand out as the leading digital sales partner in the Nordic region, designing and implementing top-tier, industry-specific solutions that unleash the full potential of our customers' digital businesses.
As a Solution Consultant M3, you will be responsible for defining opportunity-specific strategies and guiding customers toward tailored solutions. This involves collaborating closely with sales representatives to lead discovery meetings, pitch solutions, and participate in road mapping discussions to establish Columbus as the customer's trusted advisor.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, combined with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. They must have exceptional communication and presentation skills, as well as:
- Experience in a similar commercial presale or Consultant role
- Commercial mindset and pre-sales knowledge
- A structured approach to tasks and ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Willingness to travel occasionally (20-30 days per year)
Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in one of the following languages preferred: Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish.
