Senior Business Expansion Specialist

At Nipromec, we are seeking two experienced Senior Business Expansion Specialists to drive the growth of our client base and strengthen relationships across the Nordics.
This is an exceptional opportunity for results-driven individuals with 5–10 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within industrial, energy, or construction sectors.
About the RoleAs a Senior Business Expansion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving Nipromec's expansion by securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for sales within your scope, for business in Sweden and/or internationally, with the support of the project, technical, legal, and purchasing functions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Nordic region, expanding Nipromec's market presence.
- Sales Management & Business Growth: Take ownership of business development within your region, developing strategies to generate leads and grow our commercial activities.
- Pipeline & Strategy: Plan and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, recruitment, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and support client needs.
- Sales Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate guidelines while reporting to the Nordic Board & Line Management.
- Contract & Offer Negotiation: Participate in offer preparation and lead negotiation strategies.
- Networking: Develop business and industrial networks necessary to achieve business objectives.
We're looking for two Senior Business Expansion Specialists who have:
- 5–10 Years of Proven Experience: A successful track record in business development, account management, or sales (ideally within industrial, energy, or construction sectors).
- Strong Industry Network: Established connections within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors to drive business development.
- University Degree: A relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a technical background is a strong asset.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Swedish, verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
