Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will play a vital role in driving commercial growth and developing brand awareness in the Nordics. Key responsibilities include:
Main Tasks- Proactive market research and identification of new business opportunities.
- Maintenance of strong relationships with existing customers.
- Price calculation and proposal preparation.
- Negotiation with clients and management of sales and development strategies.
- Implementation of business development plans to meet key performance indicators.
- Identification of new markets and areas for growth.
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
- Adherence to quality, health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Relevant academic qualifications (Master's or Engineering degree) and substantial work experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Background in sales and business development within the water treatment industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Swedish.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite software.
- Able to navigate diverse cultural environments.
