Job Role

The Sales Specialist will focus on expanding our presence in Europe, specifically in Italy, France, and Poland.

As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with regional sales teams to promote and develop the sales of Evaporation Systems within the Food and Water industries.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  2. Supporting regional sales teams in their daily activities.
  3. Creating competitive proposals based on technical designs.
  4. Representing Alfa Laval's evaporation systems in customer interactions.
  5. Providing product and process training for sales representatives and agents.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Chemical or Mechanical Engineering degree, or related field.
  • Proven sales experience in complex process solutions and project sales.
  • Strong consultative approach and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, and knowledge of Italian, French, or Polish is an advantage.
