The Commercial Team

We are seeking a talented Business Developer to join our commercial team in Lund, Sweden. This is an exciting opportunity to drive category growth and market expansion through strategic planning, analysis, and execution.

  • Key responsibilities include category management, price management, market analysis, and special projects.
  • Category Management: Work with the product design team and commercial team to develop and execute strategies that drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Price Management: Ensure that our pricing strategy is aligned with market conditions and customer needs, resulting in optimal revenue and market share.
  • Market Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing activities, optimize product offerings, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies for second-hand sales of Najell products and explore opportunities for product rental.
Qualifications
  • Higher degree education in business or marketing.
  • Experience in online sales, marketing, and consumer retail sales.
  • Proven ability to work across departments without a managerial role.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to ensure results.
  • Ability to adapt to complex tasks and multiple projects.
