About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the Nordics. This is an exceptional opportunity for results-driven individuals with 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Nordic region, focusing on expanding Nipromec's market presence.
  • Take ownership of business development within your region, developing strategies to generate leads and grow commercial activities.
  • Plan and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, recruitment, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and support client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate guidelines while reporting to the Nordic Board & Line Management.
  • Negotiate contracts and offers with clients.
  • Broaden business and industrial networks necessary to achieve business objectives.
