Regional Commercial Director

Nipromec is seeking two Regional Commercial Directors to drive the growth of our client base and strengthen relationships across the Nordics.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals with 5–10 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales within industrial, energy, or construction sectors.
About the RoleAs a Regional Commercial Director, you will play a key role in driving Nipromec's expansion by securing new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for sales within your scope, for business in Sweden and/or internationally, with the support of the project, technical, legal, and purchasing functions.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the commercial team, driving business growth and expansion.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and engage potential clients across the Nordic region, expanding Nipromec's market presence.
- Pipeline Management: Plan and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, recruitment, and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and support client needs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate guidelines while reporting to the Nordic Board & Line Management.
- Strategy Development: Participate in the development of regional business strategies, aligning with Nipromec's overall goals and objectives.
- Network Development: Develop business and industrial networks necessary to achieve business objectives.
We're looking for two Regional Commercial Directors who have:
- 5–10 Years of Proven Experience: A successful track record in business development, account management, or sales (ideally within industrial, energy, or construction sectors).
- Strong Industry Connections: Established connections within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors to drive business development.
- University Education: A relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a technical background is a strong asset.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Swedish, verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
