We are a global healthcare company dedicated to improving the lives of people with neck stoma. Our CRM platform plays a vital role in our mission, and we are seeking a skilled Commercial Process Lead to optimize its value.

This role will play a crucial part in strengthening our commercial process development and implementation across various markets and channels, enhancing efficiency in acquiring, distributing, and retaining customers, and improving service offerings for patients and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Process Optimization and Implementation Agenda: Develop and implement strategies to optimize and improve our CRM platform's commercial processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with key stakeholders during process implementation, communicating key messages to ensure business impact and drive results.
  • Process Ambassador: Promote best practices within the business, fostering a culture of efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Local Business Support: Provide expertise and guidance to local businesses on adapting their processes to benefit from our global solution.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track performance and efficiency levels, facilitating follow-up dialogues with markets to ensure continuous improvement.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial role, potentially as an analyst, process owner, or similar.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • International experience and matrix organisations.
  • Fluent English language skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience in the medical device industry is desirable.

Balance between commercial understanding and data-driven approach is essential, translating into processes that make sense for the people using the CRM such as sales, customer support, marketing, and more.
