Key responsibilities:
- As MSU Controller / Head of Finance Nordics, take on a high-impact role combining strategic leadership, financial expertise, and commercial acumen.
- Act as a key Business Partner to the Decorative Paints leadership team, guiding decision-making to ensure top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance functions to align strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Play a vital role in supporting restructuring and integration efforts while influencing regional and global strategies.
Requirements:
- Results-driven finance professional with a strong strategic mindset and extensive leadership experience.
- At least 10 years of experience in Finance and Control due to its complexity, including some years in a commercial finance role.
- Strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing, margin optimization, and business growth.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams and functions.
