Demand Forecasting Manager

The Demand Forecasting Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial demand planning in the Nordic markets, with full ownership and deployment of the S&OP cycle. This role involves working closely with Key Account Managers and Brand Managers to create customer and product-based demand plans for a 0-18 months' planning horizon.
Key Tasks:- Develop and implement a comprehensive demand plan, considering sell-in trends, commercial initiatives, and leveraging analytics.
- Manage complex data and stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the yearly budget process by collecting, assessing, and operationalizing discontinuities.
- Coordinate the input sales of any potential excess stock together with Sales.
- Ensure that the demand plan is operationalized in the internal planning tool.
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with 5-10 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or related supply chain roles. Experience in FMCG or similar industries is preferred. A solid understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and supply chain management principles is also required.
