Senior Account Manager Sweden

We are looking for a skilled commercial professional to join our team as Head of Key Account Management in Sweden. As a key member of our commercial leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and profitability for Findus and our key partners.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with our category vision and customer needs.
- Lead negotiations and joint business planning to build strong partnerships with customers.
- Manage the retail customer P&L, including net sales, gross profit, and campaign ROI targets.
- Ensure successful product launches and relaunches at the customer level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Lead and develop the KAM team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial roles within FMCG, including 5+ years in customer management.
- Deep understanding of the Swedish grocery trade.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering results in complex negotiations.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
