**About the Job:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Management Professional to join our team in Sweden. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our footprint across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new customers through lead generation and relationship building.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Own the entire sales process from initial contact to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for growth and ensure their ongoing success.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of the evolving software ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers and closing deals in the IT project business.
- Solution-oriented mindset with ability to understand client challenges and translate them into effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our company.
- Natural networker with ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Results-driven with strong work ethic and commitment to exceeding expectations.
- Fluent in Swedish and English with excellent written and spoken skills.
