What We Look For

  1. A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  2. Experience in Technology/SaaS/Financial Services sales, preferably with a background in sales development;
  3. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong connections with key stakeholders;
  4. A solid assessment and decision-making ability, with the capacity to apply systematic approaches to problem-solving;
  5. Demonstrated expertise in professional customer business and relationship building;
  6. Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, including presentation skills;
  7. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational skills;
  8. Proficiency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic is an advantage.
