Accounting Manager for Sweden and Germany

Magle Group seeks a driven and results-oriented Financial Accountant/Controller Specialist to lead our finance team in Sweden, Denmark, and Germany. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.
The Role:You will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across multiple entities. Your expertise in financial accounting, controlling, and cash flow management will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, enabling informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage financial reporting, including month-end, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (GAAP) and regulatory requirements.
- Lead financial analysis and interpretation of data to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will require a strong background in financial accounting and controlling, combined with excellent analytical and communication skills. Experience working in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organisation, is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Proven track record of managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with proficiency in Swedish and Danish being advantageous.
