Job Description:

  • Sales and business development within the Nordic region, with a focus on expanding Nipromec's market presence.
  • Developing strategies to generate leads and grow commercial activities.
  • Managing a strong pipeline of business opportunities, ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Analyzing market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

About You:

  • A successful track record in business development, account management, or sales (ideally within industrial, energy, or construction sectors).
  • Established connections within the energy, construction, or industrial sectors to drive business development.
  • A relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field with a technical background is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in both English and Swedish, verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
