Regional Business Development Manager

Spirii is a leader in e-Mobility solutions, dedicated to driving innovation and sustainability. As an Account Growth Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base in Sweden.
You will work closely with the Nordic Sales team to execute Spirii's sales strategy, foster customer satisfaction, and contribute to Spirii's growth and success in Sweden.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Swedish market, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with existing and new customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver optimal solutions and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the Swedish market for emerging trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet the unique needs of Swedish customers while ensuring Spirii's revenue targets are met.
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication and relationship management in the Swedish market.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the Swedish market.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitors in Sweden.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for growth and innovation.
