In this role, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth for Findus and our key partners through strategic account planning, negotiation, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize visibility and sales.
  • Lead negotiations and joint business planning to build strong partnerships with customers.
  • Manage the retail customer P&L, including net sales, gross profit, and campaign ROI targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Lead and develop the KAM team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial roles within FMCG, including 5+ years in customer management.
  • Deep understanding of the Swedish grocery trade.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Negotiation skills with a proven track record of delivering results in complex negotiations.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
